Fibreboard Polyester Dry Anti-static Wire Mesh
This is a dry-process anti-static mesh belt made specifically for wood fibreboard, density board, and wood-based panel production lines. We weave it from high-strength polyester monofilaments and add in premium conductive fibers. The weaving and heat-set process are pretty sophisticated – but what it boils down to is solving one annoying problem: static buildup during high-speed dry forming and conveying.
The mesh gives you stable static dissipation. That means no dust clinging to surfaces, no spark risks, and no product defects caused by static electricity. It's a perfect fit for the dry production environments found in fibreboard manufacturing.
Performance-wise, the mesh structure is uniform, air permeability is good, and flatness stays stable. So dry fibre forming goes smoothly, and product quality stays consistent.
